First hosted in 1996, the Filipino American Youth Leadership Conference (FAYLC) is the youth empowerment project of the Philippine National Day Association (PNDA). Not only does it provide leadership training and experience to grade six students to high school graduates, but it also empowers them to identify the current issues of their communities and how to work towards alleviating them. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the FAYLC will not take place in 2010. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause.
